Miami, say hello to , the sparkly new boutique bringing 1940s glamour to Ocean Drive. The property, formerly the Park Central Hotel, was once a hangout for stars like Clark Gable and Humphrey Bogart, as well as was the birthplace of the conga line dance, which was invented during a New Years Eve party in 1940. Today, the celebration continues after a $110 million makeover that transformed the hotel into a full-service luxury oasis with tropical modern decor, a glass-bottomed rooftop pool, and two restaurants slated to open in April — the makings of a South Beach classic.
